We may require additional verification on all credit card orders placed through the TECHPAPPA
TECHPAPPA has contracted with premium shipping providers. All goods will be delivered via the TECHPAPPA delivery cycle. All orders must be received by the TECHPAPPA system no later than Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm. Once components arrive at the TECHPAPPA office will be shipped through our providers immediately. Customers can track their shipment through the service providers tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame.
When you order your products through TECHPAPPA, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date we will contact you at the email address and provide with a status update and modified delivery estimate. Delivery estimates are based on the delivery cycle of TECHPAPPA’s shipping system – see below.
Currently techpappa.com ships your orders twice a week – Wednesday and Sunday. In order to take advantage of it please place your order:
No later than Monday 6pm for Wednesday Shipping
No later than Thursday 6pm for Sunday Shipping

We want our customers to be equipped with the latest and most advanced technology. That being said, order errors and mistakes happen, which is why we offer a convenient return policy for all items purchased through TECHPAPPA. In order to return your item you must include the original invoice and warranty and return/exchange for the item(s) within 3 days of the date of delivery. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you and TECHPAPPA by the original manufacturer (factory sealed, without any damage).
