Accidents happen. Whether you ordered the wrong part or realized afterwards that you wanted to upgrade, TECHPAPPA offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get the right gear you need for your system. Unless it is specifically stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all TECHPAPPA purchases:
In order for any TECHPAPPA product to qualify for a return, you must provide the original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to submit a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough (brand new) condition to qualify for a return. Kindly note we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to TECHPAPPA as well as the shipping of all replacement items back to the customer.
Exchange or Return is possible only within 3 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, Cartridges & Toners.
Any Refund will be in the form of original mode of purchase, for cash on delivery, you will have to provide TECHPAPPA your account details. Any Refund will be made within 30 days. Selected products might be subject to re-stocking fee 25% of the invoice value.
Selected products as “On request” items are not possible to be returned.
These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you and TECHPAPPA by the original manufacturer (factory sealed, without any damage). Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.
The following TECHPAPPA items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:
“On Request” items
Some of the suppliers/manufacturers of TECHPAPPA may have restrictions that prevent our customer service staff from processing your return/exchange, credit or replacement request. Any requests for exchange/return, refund, credit, repair or replacement for these items must be handled directly through the manufacturer and/or supplier. These products will not be handled by the TECHPAPPA customer service crew. You can find return/exchange policy information about those particular products by visiting the supplier and/or manufacturer website directly.
Consumable products will not qualify for a return and/or exchange through TECHPAPPA . Any support, requests for replacement, or issues with these products must be directly handled through the customer support of the manufacturer of the consumable product. Consumable products include, but are not limited to:
Blank media discs
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. TECHPAPPA does not provide cash refunds. All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a TECHPAPPA customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. TECHPAPPA reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to this policy.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Any Refund will be in the form of original mode of purchase. TECHPAPPA does not provide cash refunds. For cash on delivery orders, you will have to provide TECHPAPPA your account details. Any Refund will be made within 30 days.
